What should the first room survey record?

Do not write “standard fixtures” if no standard has been defined. A named model is clearer. If an allowance is necessary, state its dollar amount, what it covers, whether tax and delivery are inside it and what markup applies if the selection changes.
How should shower design address the whole assembly?
The visible plan and the water-control plan must agree. A niche creates corners and penetrations. A bench adds horizontal surfaces. A curbless entry affects floor elevation, slope and transitions outside the shower. Large tile can require flatter walls, while small mosaics can alter labor and grout coverage.

How do lighting, power and ventilation affect design?

Add the complete property address and verify whether the parcel is under a municipal or Greenville County permit authority. A Greenville postal address can be outside City of Greenville limits.
